Cole England is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Technology.

While attending school, Mr. England was an active member in the community and university, serving in the Sugar Hill Montford Cove Fire Department and West Carter County Fire Department, and was recognized by the University as the 2021 homecoming King.

Mr. England had previously worked in the Forensics Engineering Field with MLAW Forensics’ Inc. in Austin, Texas. Where he performed in-field forensic investigations, analysis of commercial and residential structures, superstructures and pools.

He worked at Catawba Valley Engineering and Testing as a geotechnical engineering intern where his responsibilities were field testing and data collections. Mr. England joined Andrew Consulting Engineers as a Structural Engineer in 2023.

He was born and raised in Marion, NC where he grew up in the construction industry working for his family business England Builders Inc. He was involved in their turnkey construction process and development. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and helping others.
